Great stay in Lower Whitley 🌟
Staff were super friendly and really went out of their way to check on us after we settled in! Brekkie was a big win-simple but lekker! Found a nice little shop next door for snacks. Rooms were clean and comfy.
Just a bit of a hassle with no plugs by the bed for charging phones, but it's not a dealbreaker.

The spacious twin room was comfortable and super tidy. Some noise from the street impacted sleep, and the room could benefit from a thorough deep clean. Breakfast offered a good variety, but I found the service timing to be a bit rushed during busy hours.

Nothing too much trouble, the hotel met needs. My stay was such wonderful on a business trip. Peaceful central location very close to the center as well as the town centre. The staff were consistently courteous and exceptional all the time. The breakfast was included and had plenty of meals.

friendly, helpful, welcoming staff, very good--sized room with a sitting area by the window & i could see my car in the carpark, easy to find, room for parking, very quiet despite being near main rows & lots of guests, help-yourself breakfast infromality

Location: the hotel was short walk to a pub nearby as well as Chester. Everything met needs, I would come here again.

We enjoyed the spacious family room which perfectly accommodated us, including my dad. The service was friendly, and we appreciated the fridge stocked for our needs. The place is conveniently located.
My wife says that the decor could use some updates.

this is a very nice place to stay, we had a lovely welcome at reception, the room was lovely and clean and with breakfast included the price is very reasonable. I would definitely stay there again, highly recommended.
